It is with great disappointment that following today’s announcements from Government, that we will regrettably have to cancel all performances of A Christmas Quest from 6.30pm onwards tomorrow (Christmas Eve) to allow for the safe shut down of the theatre ahead of entering Tier 4.
We know our audiences are likely to be feeling very disappointed and together we invite you to join us in shared hope for a more positive New Year and focus on keeping everyone safe. Our Book with Confidence policy means that we will offer you a full refund for cancelled shows, or you can choose to either credit your account with us, move tickets to our newly released marvellous muddy outdoor adventure, A Forest Quest or to make a generous donation to support our work.
As most of our ‘behind the scenes’ staff are taking a break over Christmas, we will begin processing refunds as soon as possible w/c 4th January and will contact anyone with tickets accordingly. As our Box Office is closed at present, please do wait for us to be in touch with you on the email that you booked with. With huge thanks for all your support as we make our way through choppy waters and hopeful wishes for a better 2021.
