The Point & The Berry Theatre
We reserve the right to make alterations to the programme, refuse admission to the ticket holder, reseat people should the need to arise, delay the entry of latecomers until a suitable break in the performance and refuse the use of any audio or visual recording equipment.
All patrons must have a seat; please check age restrictions upon booking, please ensure children under the age of 10 are accompanied by an adult for all events.
Please do not attend the venues if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19.
Offers and Promotions
The Point and The Berry Theatre reserve the right to make discounted ticket offers or promotions to selected customers at any time. If you believe that you should have received a discount which is not reflected in the price shown on the checkout page please do not proceed and call, email or visit the Box Office before paying for your tickets.
Offers are not generally valid in conjunction with any other offer or concession, including concessions for children, students and over 60s. When taking advantage of a special offer, individuals in these groups may receive a cheaper price by selecting a full price ticket.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once tickets are purchased, tickets are non-refundable except in the case of a cancelled event.
We are able to exchange tickets for another performance of the same show incurring an administration fee of £1.50.
We are encouraging audiences to use the e-tickets facility when booking to reduce queuing at the box office and handling of tickets. E-tickets are free to download and can be displayed on a mobile device, there is no need to print your tickets at home. If you have misplaced your tickets please get in touch with our Box Office so they are able to resend or login to your account on our website to download yourself.
Restoration Levy
A Restoration Levy of £1 has been added to the ticket prices of our professional programme, films and hirer events to help the ongoing programme of maintenance to our theatres. We do not charge a booking fee.
Data Protection
When making your booking we require some personal information which is stored within our ticketing system, Spektrix. All Privacy Policies are followed while taking data.
This information will be stored for Test and Trace purposes and you will be contacted where required.
Eastleigh Film Festival
We reserve the right to make alterations to the programme, refuse admission to the ticket holder, if arriving outside allocated time slots admission can also be refused.
If you are seen recording the film our staff will ask you to delete all footage immediately and confiscate the device. Your device will be returned to you at the end of the screening, if refused you will be asked to leave the site.
All guests must check age restrictions for the screenings and all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. ID may be required.
Once tickets are purchased, tickets are non-refundable except in the case of a cancelled event. We will honour a credit to your account held with us for any COVID-19 cases. We will hold the credit on your account with us for 18 months. Please contact the Box Office directly to discuss.

Eastleigh Borough Council, The Point and Itchen Valley Country Park are not responsible for any damage caused to your vehicles by a third party. Make sure your own insurance is valid.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, Eastleigh Borough Council reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event. Notice will be given of cancellations and postponements via social media and direct contact from The Point Box Office where possible.
Vehicle engines must be switched off when parked. Anyone not adhering to this will be asked to leave.
Any vehicles with a height of 1.7 metres or more will be parked on the end of a row, along the back row or to the side to avoid blocking vehicles behind.
