Print at Home Tickets
If you have selected this option your tickets will be delivered as an e-ticket to the email address you have provided. Your e-ticket must be clearly printed or downloaded on a phone or tablet, and presented to our staff upon entry into the theatre. You may be asked for proof of identity to check the validity of the e-ticket. Unauthorised duplication of your e-ticket may prevent admittance to the event.
Payment methods
We accept payment by cash, cheque, MasterCard or Visa (debit or credit). We also accept The Point and The Berry Theatre gift tokens for sales which can be made online via your account, in person or over the phone.
Please make cheques payable to: Eastleigh Borough Council.
Our adult classes are available on a pay as you go (PAYG) basis so you can try out a session to see if you enjoy it and want to go onto book a half or full term. Please note:
PAYG options for those who cannot commit to a block booking if spaces in the class are available
Participants who have paid for a block booking have priority for class spaces
PAYG spaces are first-come-first-served. If classes are full, then PAYG will not be able to be used on that session
PAYG options can only be booked on the day of class. No ‘pre-booking’ or reserved spaces can be taken
Customers can call beforehand to check spaces but we are sadly not able to guarantee that the spaces will still be available upon arrival
Refunds are only issued for classes and workshops in the following exceptional circumstances:
Bereavement – Full refund for the term or half term paid for
Severe sickness – Full refund for the term or half term paid for on provision that they are able to send or bring in a medical note
If a class or workshop is cancelled
